Server managing is a very challenging task for first–time VPS customers – you need to check how your VPS server is doing, to find out if it’s under stress, to check if all the services are performing correctly. It’s a task that requires uninterrupted attention, and you most probably do not the needed time to take care of this. For this reason, we suggest that we do the work instead of you. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping constant track of your virtual server and all the services running on it. Thus, you will have much more time for your websites or applications.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your hosted content is essential – one never knows when something would go wrong. And using the Optional Admin Services solution, you will enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be placed on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be protected, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services offer can come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – it means that you can basically employ one of our experienced server administrators for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software app whatsoever that you need. And/or have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
